• Train high-quality teachers equipped with professional skills and values
• Increase the number of international students
• Increase the numbers of international and domestic student exchanges through Erasmus, Mevlana, and Farabi programs

Scientific Research Objectives
• Ensure that every teaching member publishes
• Increase the number of publications per teaching member in national (ULAKBİM) / international indexed journals
• Increase the number of academics receiving support abroad for projects, training, etc.
Public Relations and Communications Objectives
• Undertake activities to develop institutional culture and enhance belonging among unit students, graduates, and staff
